It’s Alive!

This week I’ve dug into what is involved in the actual implementation of WordPress, all the first steps, etc. I’ve been watching demos on WordPress and reading through their “how to get started” documentation. Pages and posts were under the microscope as I attempted to wrestle the site into some semblance of a recognizable blog. To speed the process along, I tapped into my Personal Learning Network with some blog 101 time with E.F.

Also on the docket this week was registering my domain name, bluebirdandturtle.com. My hosting company, A2 Hosting, includes domain name registration in their packages, and they make setting it up pretty simple. The site is a work in progress, but Bluebird and Turtle are live!
